Our Services

Our solutions are bespoke and if we can’t back them up with empirical evidence using organisational psychology and human behaviour principles, we won’t propose them.
Our team of psychologists and human behaviour experts spend considerable time researching contemporary methodologies, however, any solution proposed needs to be fit for purpose. With experts who have extensive lived experience on various mining and resources sites, we are well-positioned to provide practical and achievable advice and recommendations.
Do you have a workplace challenge where behavioural change is imperative? We would love to explore with you possible solutions and what a successful outcome may look like.

Diversity and Inclusion

Creating a diverse workplace environment where inclusion and belonging is simply part of the “Metisphere Way”. We embrace difference and appreciate the variety of perspectives that this brings to our business and we are consistently challenging our people to offer different opinions. If our people are able bring their raw authentic selves to work, we know they are more engaged and productive. Our business is about being connected and creating connections and we hope to foster this within our own workplace. As an organisation we commit to stand together against any form of discrimination and bullying – racisim, sexism, harassment, bigotry and domestic violence. Discrimination and bullying has no place in society and we vehemently say there is no place for such behaviour and attitudes at Metisphere.

Development Planning

Development planning We can work with leaders and direct reports to understand the objectives and perspectives of both. Using organisation psychology best practice methodology we identify strengths and development areas and leverage commonalities on working preferences. This is then converted into tailored development plans that strengthen current performance and underpin future development .

Psychological Safety and Wellbeing

Psychological Safety and Wellbeing One of our primary passions is ensuring that employees experience a psychologically safe environment. We have spent the best part of three years researching and devising a psychometric tool to measure mental health literacy that is based on the psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Once we have gathered the data which provides insights into the current state of wellbeing that exists within a workplace, we can then devise a wellbeing strategy and a series of interventions that will create positive and lasting change in this area.
