Myrrhine Cutten

GM People and Culture Consulting

Myrrhine places value on people being able to enjoy work whilst still being safe and productive, which resonates with the Metisphere vision of “people-focused strategic solutions”.

Myrrhine’s 25+ year career has spanned across various sectors, predominately mining, maintenance, and finance. She has spent considerable time in leadership and executive human resources roles managing large HR and OD functions.

Success in organisations such as Rio Tinto and Roy Hill has been driven by her demonstrated abilities in HR and OD, but also her belief that strong business acumen and commerciality is an essential component of success. Myrrhine has enhanced her consulting and leadership attributes whilst managing the development and execution of operational and strategic HR & OD initiatives that are in alignment with strategic business strategy.

Experience over the last five years as an independent non-executive director on two Boards has rounded out her experience and contribution to organisational strategy work.

Life outside work primarily revolves around various social activities; from yoga, to winery trips down south and weekend football (Eagles supporter)!  Rottnest boat trips involving champagne, the odd quiz night and hiking adventures are also part of a desired weekend agenda.
